What is your exchange policy?
We offer exchanges on all full priced items within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn with original packaging. Sale items are not eligible for returns.

Received a faulty item?
If you receive a faulty item, please contact hello@hercrew.com.au within 7 days of receiving it with your order number and pictures of the faulty item and we will sort it out straight away for you.
